Payroll Tax and Other Concessions
The NSW Department of State and Regional Development offer a number of forms of assistance including contributions to relocation costs, environmental impact studies etc and payroll tax concessions. These concessions are confidentially negotiated between the two parties and do not include Council in the discussions.

- Gas - Any demand for gas from this development would greatly assist the region to connect to natural gas. Tenders are currently being advertised by the Tamworth Natural Gas Development Corporation of which Council is a member. - Electricity - High voltage electricity is available at Council's Industrial Estate. However, any enquiries about additional load can be directed to Mr. Paul Brial, Regional General Manager Northern, Country Energy - phone no. 6764 1214, mobile no 0427 936063.
- Rail Link - Freighting by rail is available at Quirindi to Newcastle and Sydney. There are two sidings in Quirindi.
- Highway Access to B-Double Transport - The adjacent Kamilaroi Highway is designated as a B-Double Highway.
- Telecommunications - Mr. Ian Peters, General Manager of Telstra Countrywide for the New England/Northwest Region will personally supervise the provision of Broadband Telecommunications to your specifications at discounted rates.
